4 year old male
Myles
Myles is a gentle 4-year-old boy with a calm, easygoing personality and a heart full of love. He can be a little shy when faced with new situations and may choose a quiet hiding spot until he feels safe, but with a little patience, his affectionate nature quickly begins to shine.
Once he's comfortable, Myles truly enjoys spending time with his people. He loves being petted, happily accepts cuddles, enjoys being held, and is especially fond of giving sweet forehead boops. One of his favourite parts of the day is mealtime, and he appreciates having someone nearby to keep him company while he eats.
When Myles first arrived in our care, he was in very poor condition. After receiving the veterinary care he needed, he was diagnosed as FIV-positive and also tested positive for Lyme disease and anaplasmosis. Thanks to treatment, good nutrition, and lots of love, Myles has made an incredible recovery and is now feeling much better.
Because he is FIV-positive, Myles will need a home where he is the only cat or can live with another FIV-positive cat. Cats with FIV can live long, happy, and fulfilling lives with proper care, and Myles is a wonderful example of resilience.
Myles is looking for a patient family who will give him the time he needs to settle in and discover just how loving he truly is.
