Esmè is a 5-year-old girl with a big personality and an even bigger heart! She knows what she likes and is learning to trust people more each day. While she may be a little unsure at first, once she feels safe, her affectionate and quirky side really shines.
She prefers slow, gentle introductions, as quick movements can startle her and may earn you a hiss—but give her a moment, and she’ll quickly show you just how loving she is. Esmè absolutely adores attention and will happily soak up constant pets, especially during kennel cleanings. She’s known for her enthusiastic head boops, dramatic flops onto her bed, and making some impressive “biscuits.” And yes—she’s a champion drooler when she’s happy!
Esmè is a little rough around the edges but loves deeply and fiercely. She’s looking for a patient, understanding home that will give her the time she needs to fully blossom.
