Lux

Hi, I'm Lux! I'm a 5.5-year-old, 75lb gentle giant with a big heart and an even bigger love for snuggles, walks, and being near my people. I'm great with kids, cat-friendly, house trained, and know basic commands like sit, stay, lie down, and paw.

I'm a happy, vocal guy who's learning to channel my excitement through toys and calm behaviour. I can get a little overstimulated and might jump, but I'm doing great with training-and I am recovering well from my recent neuter.

I've grown up with children and a cat and get along well with other dogs with a slow introduction. I walk nicely with my foster brother and am learning not to get too excited when I see other pups out and about.

I'm a true velcro dog-loyal, affectionate, and happiest when I'm near you, whether on the couch or outside while you garden. I'm working on loving my kennel and would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time.

I adore car rides, sniffy walks, tug toys, liver treats, and giving kisses! I do need a secure yard or leash, as I'm still building my recall. A confident, consistent handler who can continue my training and provide daily enrichment will help me thrive.
